Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Vinkeny. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we accept returns that meet the following conditions.

Return Period

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and have original tags attached
• Items must be in their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

• Intimate apparel, underwear, swimwear, and other personal hygiene products
• Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged
• Items with tags removed
• Sale or promotional items (unless there is a quality issue)

Return Process

1. Please contact our customer service team at hello@vinkeny.com to request return authorization
2. After receiving return authorization, please pack the item securely and ship it back
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except for quality issues)
4. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item

Refund Method

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• The refund amount is for the item price and does not include original shipping costs
• For non-quality related returns, transaction fees (such as credit card processing fees) and shipping costs will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount
• For quality-related returns, we will provide a full refund and cover return shipping and all related fees

Exchanges

• If you need to exchange for a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order
• If the exchange is due to our error (wrong item sent or quality issue), we will exchange it free of charge
